We develop existing industrial properties and infrastructure in Northern Norway for new commercial use, including logistics, heavy transport, energy/charging, aquaculture-related activity, tank capacity and circular value chains.
Two industrial sites under stepwise development
K2 Nord AS and Holandsvika Industri AS are developing two industrial sites in Northern Norway.
The focus is on practical, stepwise development of existing infrastructure into income-generating industrial use.
The sites have different strengths, but share a common approach: remediation, site preparation, leasing, partner dialogue and commercial development based on real infrastructure and regional needs.
K2 Nord AS / Vikholmen is being developed as an industrial property and infrastructure platform with tank capacity, maritime access and potential for aquaculture-related activity. Current work includes remediation, clearing of former aquaculture facilities, preparing the site for new tenants, further development of tank capacity and assessment of shore power and other supporting infrastructure.
Holandsvika Industri AS / Holandsvika is being developed as an industrial property near Mosjøen with potential for logistics, heavy transport, energy/charging, workshop facilities, terminal functions and other commercial or industrial activity.
Our priority is to create realistic commercial use before expanding into larger development concepts. Circular industry, bioresources and resource recovery remain part of the long-term opportunity, but the first step is to make the sites useful, accessible and commercially active.
